Hi, I am currently transitioning from a BPO customer representative to a home-based freelancer. In a BPO setting, I worked for 6 years and 7 months doing phone calls and admin tasks. I switched to a home-based freelancer as I can manage my time more. I have honed my multitasking skills, communication, creativity, and motivational skills throughout the years. This enhanced my engagement towards people and everybody that I worked with. I can do multi-tasking and balances my workload. I am determined for the job and I am willing to undergo training.
