Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PKT). I remain flexible to accommodate urgent or time-sensitive projects if discussed in advance.

Payment Terms:
All payments are processed through Guru’s SafePay system. For fixed-price projects, I require milestone-based payments tied to agreed deliverables. For hourly work, billing is based on approved time logs. Work will commence once the project agreement and initial milestone (if applicable) are funded.

Communication Style:
I prefer clear, structured communication through Guru messages. Project discussions, clarifications, and updates will be documented in writing. I provide regular progress updates and am available for scheduled calls when required.

Turnaround & Revisions:
Delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon at the start of the project. Reasonable revisions are included to ensure quality and client satisfaction, provided they remain within the original project scope.

Confidentiality:
All client data, documents, and project information are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for project purposes.
