1. Project Scope
All projects begin with a clear brief, including deliverables, timelines, and required assets (e.g., CAD files, reference materials). Any changes to the scope may affect pricing and deadlines.

2. Pricing & Payment
Quotes are provided based on project complexity and deliverables. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

3. Timeline
Typical turnaround time ranges from 3 to 10 days depending on project size. Milestones and deadlines will be outlined in the project agreement. Delays in client feedback may extend the delivery schedule.

4. Revisions
Includes up to two rounds of revisions per phase (modeling, animation, rendering). Major changes outside of the original scope may be subject to additional costs.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary files (CADs, reference images, branding assets) and timely feedback. Delays in communication may impact the timeline.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights
Final deliverables are licensed for use as agreed (e.g., web, marketing, presentations). Working files (e.g., 3D models, project files) remain the property of the studio unless otherwise negotiated.

7. Confidentiality
All client materials and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared without prior written consent.

8. Cancellation
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply based on the percentage of work completed.
