It’s in my DNA to keep learning, seeking knowledge and improving myself. I started managing servers, programming, development up to interfacing and even closing deals with clients. My experience and motivation are framed up from my hunger to learn and always advancing myself.

But with all these, I do not see my experiences as hard work. I see them as part of making myself into who I want to be. To provide value to my clients and to people around me who seeks. I’m a bite- sized-goal-oriented person. I set small, atomic, achievable goals and make sure I achieve and deliver them.

I value teamwork and I love to collaborate with people from all sorts of backgrounds. I value time and I respect other people’s time. I listen more than I talk, and when I talk, especially to clients, I project an image that matches the company’s image that I represent. I speak of topics that I am personally knowledgeable, and do not act as if I know everything.
