Work Terms
Availability:
Available 15-30 hours/week, depending on current project load. I typically respond to messages within 24 hours.
Communication:
I communicate through Guru's messaging system and provide regular updates throughout the project, so you're always aware of progress.
Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, I require 40% upfront before starting, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For hourly projects, I bill weekly through Guru's SafePay system.
Revisions:
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope of work. Revisions cover refinements to existing work (design tweaks, content adjustments, minor functionality fixes) — new features or scope changes will be quoted separately. I recommend consolidating feedback into a single round where possible to keep the project moving efficiently.
Project Scope:
I provide a clear scope of work before starting any project. If requirements change significantly mid-project, I'll discuss any additional time or cost needed before proceeding — no surprise charges.
Delivery:
I aim to deliver projects on or before the agreed timeline. For larger projects, I provide milestone check-ins so you can review progress along the way.
Ownership:
Full ownership of all files, code, and assets is transferred to you upon final payment.
