Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I work flexible hours — including evenings and weekends. My schedule adapts to your project needs and deadlines. If something urgent comes up, I'm usually available to handle it quickly.

Payment Terms:

I prefer Hourly contracts with SafePay protection. This ensures transparency and security for both sides.

Invoices are generated automatically each week based on time tracked via Guru's Time Tracker.

For fixed-scope projects, I'm open to Fixed Price with clear milestones — each milestone paid upon approval.

I require a funded SafePay account before starting any work.

Communication Style:

Preferred method: Guru WorkRoom chat or messages. All communication stays on the platform until the contract is active — this keeps everything organized and searchable.

Response time: Typically within a few hours, often faster. Even on weekends.

Updates: I provide regular progress updates so you always know where things stand — without having to chase me.

Meetings: I prefer written communication (clear, documented, efficient), but if a quick call is absolutely necessary, we can schedule it.
