Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am committed to providing reliable and timely support to my clients. My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT). However, I understand that business needs can vary, and I am flexible to accommodate urgent tasks or time-sensitive projects outside regular hours upon prior discussion. I strive to respond to messages, emails, and task requests within a few hours during my working hours to ensure smooth communication and progress on all projects. For ongoing projects, I maintain a structured schedule and provide regular updates, allowing clients to track progress and plan accordingly.
Payment Terms:
To maintain transparency and a professional working relationship, I offer clear and flexible payment options. I typically work on an hourly or fixed-price basis, depending on the project requirements. Hourly rates are billed through Guru’s system, and I provide detailed timesheets for accountability. For fixed-price projects, I outline the scope of work, milestones, and deadlines before starting to ensure clarity and agreement. I usually require 50% upfront for larger projects, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion and approval of deliverables. This ensures mutual trust and commitment. I am also open to discussing customized payment schedules for long-term or recurring projects.
