Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, Dubai).
Availability: I work only on weekdays. Weekends are reserved for rest and creative planning.
Communication: I’m available through WhatsApp, email, or scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls. I value quick, clear, and friendly communication throughout every stage of the project.
Payment Terms: 50% upfront to begin the project and 50% upon final delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged.
Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 revision rounds to refine your design and ensure full satisfaction.
Additional Revisions: Any extra revisions beyond the included 3 rounds will be charged at an additional rate, depending on the complexity of the change.
Turnaround Time: Initial design concepts are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on project size and scope.
Deliverables: Final designs will be provided in multiple formats suitable for both print and digital use (AI, PDF, PNG, JPG).
Work Style: I value professionalism, creativity, and collaboration. My goal is to provide high-quality design work with honest communication and respect for your timeline.
