At INDIAN AUTOMATION SERVICES, we are committed to maintaining transparent, flexible, and client-centric engagement models. Our work terms are designed to ensure smooth collaboration, clear expectations, and quality delivery.
1. Engagement Models
• Project-Based: Fixed-scope, milestone-driven engagements with defined timelines and deliverables.
• Dedicated Resource Model: Skilled professionals assigned full-time to client projects, ensuring direct collaboration and efficiency.
• Support & Maintenance: Ongoing support services for applications, platforms, and portals including bug fixes, updates, and enhancements.
2. Working Hours
• Our standard working hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible support hours can be arranged based on client time zones, especially for U.S.-based clients.
3. Communication
• Primary communication through email, Zoom/Google Meet, Slack, or MS Teams.
• Weekly or bi-weekly project updates and reports depending on the project scale.
• Response time for critical issues: Within 4 business hours.
4. Confidentiality & Data Security
• We ensure strict confidentiality of client data.
• NDAs and data protection agreements are signed as per client requirements.
• Secure version control systems and access protocols are maintained.
5. Payment Terms
• Flexible payment options based on the project size and model:
o Milestone-based for fixed projects.
o Monthly billing for dedicated resources and ongoing support.
• Standard payment terms: 15 to 30 days from invoice date.
6. Revisions & Feedback
• Client feedback is welcomed and incorporated at each project stage.
• We typically offer up to 2-3 rounds of revisions as part of the project scope.
7. Tools & Technologies
• Modern tech stack as per project needs.
• Proficient in PHP, Python, Java, Laravel, Flask, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
• Version control with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment practices.
