1. Payment Terms:
- Advance followed by Milestone Based Methods including Escrow Payments. Typical 10 weeks project payment terms:
Advance: 10%
After 4 weeks i.e. 1st Release: 25%
After 8 weeks i.e. 2nd Release: 25%
After Final Release: 25%
After Deployment: 15%

- Time & Material engagement: Rolling advance followed by monthly invoices

2. Communication:

- Daily e-mails
- Phone Calls
