Work Terms

INFINYT TECHNOLOG DESIGN – TERMS OF WORK
1. Scope of Services
Infinyt Technolog Design provides services such as:

Graphic Design & Branding

Academic Support (projects, layouts, presentations)

Social Media Content Creation

Digital Solutions (layouts, posts, websites, etc.)

Any service not listed above must be previously discussed and added to the agreement.

2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before starting any project.

The remaining 50% must be paid upon final delivery.

Payments must be made via [Pix / PayPal / Bank Transfer — personalize as needed].

No work will be delivered without full payment.

3. Deadlines
The delivery time will be defined according to the complexity of the project.

Deadlines start after payment confirmation and delivery of all required materials.

In case of client delays in sending information or approvals, the delivery date may be adjusted.

4. Revisions
Up to 2 free revisions are included per project.

Extra revisions will be charged separately.

Revisions must be requested within 5 days after delivery.

5. Cancellation & Refund
If the client cancels after the project has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

If Infinyt cannot complete the service due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.

6. Use of Work
Infinyt retains the right to display the final design/project in portfolios and social media, unless otherwise agreed.

Final files are delivered only after full payment is received.

7. Responsibility
We are not responsible for printing issues or misuse of designs by third parties.

Academic support does not include writing full texts or plagiarizing any content.

8. Agreement
By hiring our services, the client agrees to these terms.
