About

We Simplify, We Automate, We make life better.

Company History

InfoBrain Technologies Nig. Ltd was conceived from a strong passion for innovation, automation, and intelligent technology solutions. Founded in 2017, the company emerged as a response to the growing need for smart systems, digital transformation, and advanced automation solutions in Nigeria. InfoBrain began as a research-focused initiative driven by a vision to simplify processes, eliminate repetitive manual work, and introduce intelligent technologies that make life and business operations easier.

The company was founded by Adepoju Adedamola, a seasoned engineer and multi-disciplinary developer with a strong background in research, software engineering, automation, AI development, and robotics. His innovative drive laid the foundation for InfoBrain’s core philosophy: We simplify. We automate. We make life better.

As the company expanded, key individuals joined to strengthen its structure and capabilities:

Adeniyi Sarah – Director 2

A co-founder providing administrative leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight. She contributes significantly to the structural and legal frameworks of the company.

Makinde Oluwatobiloba – Co-founder & Product Manager

Joined the company for his exceptional technical and creative abilities. Tobi plays a vital role in product development, automation system design, and technical strategy. His contributions led to his integration as a shareholder and co-founder.

Okunrotifa Iyanu – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Responsible for brand strategy, market positioning, communications, and client engagement. His marketing insight helps InfoBrain connect its technology solutions to real market needs.

Esther Matthew – Legal Adviser & Company Secretary

Oversees regulatory compliance, corporate governance, documentation, and legal advisory. She ensures the company’s operations and expansions are compliant with Nigerian corporate laws.

From its inception, InfoBrain has grown steadily, delivering solutions in artificial intelligence, automation systems, robotics, web and software development, home/office automation, and IT consultancy. The company’s commitment to research, innovation, and excellence has positioned it as a rising force in Nigeria’s technology and automation sector.

Today, InfoBrain continues to expand its portfolio, develop groundbreaking products, and contribute to technological advancement in Nigeria and Africa.
