I have 20 years experience improving profitability of companies across industries through business and technology disruption. Over my professional career, I have started several companies and improved the profitability of several Fortune-500 corporations, both as an employee and as a consultant.
A software developed by training, I have experience in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design through development and support, in companies such as Microsoft and Merrill Lynch. And yes, I am still quite hands on with coding.
Having completed an MBA at The Wharton School, I am also skilled in all aspects of business administration, from corporate strategy to financial accounting and operations management. As such, I have consulted for management and advised board level executives at the highest levels on mission critical matters, as well as management matters of extreme strategic sensitivity.
Though my experience is mostly in the US, I have worked and lived in North and South America, Europe and Asia, and speak Spanish and English natively (i.e. I am completely bilingual).
