I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in Records and Information Management and a growing specialization in Cybersecurity. My academic journey began with an Ordinary Level education (2014–2018), followed by an Ordinary Diploma in Records and Information Management from Tanga, Tanzania (2019–2022), where I graduated with an excellent GPA of 3.9. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, honing my skills to navigate the complex landscape of digital security and protect valuable digital assets.
Over the years, I have developed a versatile skill set that combines software development, database management, IT systems administration, and cybersecurity expertise. I am proficient in programming languages such as PHP, Dart, Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and experienced in frameworks like Laravel, WordPress, and Flutter. Additionally, I have practical knowledge in ethical hacking and penetration testing, utilizing tools like Metasploit, Wireshark, Nmap, and Burp Suite to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities responsibly and legally.

Work Terms
Working Hours:
I am available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Tanzania Time, GMT+3). Weekend availability is possible upon request for urgent or high-priority tasks.
Response Time:
Messages are typically answered within 24 hours on weekdays. Urgent inquiries are prioritized whenever possible to ensure timely support.
Payment Terms:
All payments are processed securely via Guru SafePay. For larger projects, a 50% upfront deposit is requested, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery and approval. For smaller assignments, full payment upon completion is acceptable.
Preferred Communication:
Primary communication is via Guru messaging for all project discussions, file sharing, and updates. For more detailed consultations or meetings, I am available via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or email.
Project Revisions:
I offer up to two complimentary revisions to ensure complete client satisfaction. Additional revisions can be arranged depending on the scope of the project.
Availability for Long-Term Engagements:
I am open to both short-term and long-term projects, including recurring or dedicated work arrangements, with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
