Work Terms

Scope: Only the agreed Guru milestone(s). Anything extra is a new estimate.
Process: Clarify requirements → build → review → revise within scope.
Communication: Guru messages · reply within 1 business day.
Timeline: Starts after access, materials, and decisions are provided. Client delays extend delivery by the same time.
Revisions: 2 rounds per milestone included. New features or major changes are quoted separately.
Payment: Work starts after the milestone is funded on Guru.
AI / cloud costs: Client pays third-party AI, API, and hosting usage unless the quote includes them.
IP: Client owns milestone deliverables after full payment. My pre-existing IP, methods, and AI-Green.us (work sample only, not for sale) stay mine unless we sign a separate written agreement.
AI output: AI results are drafts until human confirmation as defined in the project scope.
Confidentiality: Client project information stays confidential.
