Work Terms

AVAILABILITY & WORKING HOURS

I am available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (PKT / GMT+5). I typically respond to messages within 1-2 hours during working hours. For urgent requests, I can accommodate weekend and late-night work at no extra charge for ongoing clients.

PAYMENT TERMS

I prefer SafePay (Milestone-based) for project safety on both sides. For larger projects, I break the work into clear milestones so you can review progress before releasing payment. Fixed-price projects are preferred for clearly defined tasks. Hourly billing is available for ongoing support or open-ended work.

Typical project rates:
- Quick fix or formula repair: $10 – $25
- Single macro or automation script: $25 – $60
- Multi-sheet automation with lookups: $60 – $120
- Full pipeline (VBA + Power Query + Dashboard): $120 – $250
- Custom quotes for larger or ongoing projects

COMMUNICATION

I communicate through Guru WorkRoom messages. I provide daily progress updates on multi-day projects and am always available for quick clarifications. Screen recordings and walkthrough videos are included with every deliverable at no extra cost.

DELIVERY & REVISIONS

Most small to mid-size projects are delivered within 2-5 business days. Every delivery includes 2-3 rounds of revisions to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I do not consider a project complete until it works exactly as you need it.
