Work Terms

Operation Hours
Availability - I am available to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT). I am flexible to accommodate urgent requests or different time zones by prior arrangement.
Response Time - I strive to respond to all client messages and project updates within 2 hours during my working hours. For messages received outside these hours, I will respond promptly the next business day.
Payment Terms
Payment Structure - I accept both hourly and fixed-price projects, depending on client preference and project scope.
Milestone Payments - For larger or ongoing projects, I recommend setting up milestone payments to ensure transparency and satisfaction at every stage.
Invoicing - Invoices will be submitted upon completion of agreed-upon milestones or at project completion, as per our agreement.
Payment Methods - All payments should be processed securely through the Guru platform for the safety and convenience of both parties.
Revisions - I offer up to two free revisions per project to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions can be discussed as needed.
Preferred Communication
Primary Channels - I prefer to communicate through the Guru platform’s messaging system for all official correspondence, project updates, and file exchanges.
Other Options - I am open to using email, WhatsApp, or Zoom for meetings or clarifications, as per client preference.
Project Updates - Regular progress updates will be provided based on the project timeline and client requirements. I encourage open communication for feedback and clarification at every stage.
