I’m Ishrafil Khan, a full-stack web developer passionate about turning ideas into fast, secure, and visually refined digital products. Over the years, I’ve built everything from multi-vendor e-commerce systems and business dashboards to high-performance corporate websites — each crafted to deliver both aesthetics and intelligence.

My work bridges design and technology. I believe a great website should feel effortless — beautiful to look at, intuitive to use, and built on solid, scalable code. That’s why I work across the entire stack: from front-end experiences using Tailwind, AlpineJS, and React, to backend logic powered by Laravel and MySQL.

1. Project Scope & Agreement
All projects begin with a clear discussion of requirements, features, and deliverables. Once the scope is confirmed, a written proposal or contract is shared for approval before starting any work.

2. Communication
Regular communication is key. I stay available through chat, or video calls to ensure updates and feedback are consistent throughout the project.

3. Payment Terms

For small projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.

For larger or ongoing work: milestone-based payments tied to specific deliverables.

All payments are handled securely through the freelancing platform or agreed channels.

4. Revisions & Feedback
Each milestone includes a round of revisions to refine design, functionality, or content. Additional revisions beyond agreed limits may be billed separately.

5. Timeframe & Delivery
Timelines are set based on project complexity and mutual agreement. I always aim for quality over haste while keeping delivery punctual.

6. Confidentiality & Ownership
All client data, designs, and source code remain fully confidential. Upon final payment, complete ownership and rights to the project transfer to the client.

7. Post-Launch Support
I offer free bug fixes and minor adjustments for a limited period after launch. Extended maintenance or feature updates can be arranged under a separate plan.
