Work Terms
Our team operates 24/7 based on client requirements. We offer flexible engagement models including dedicated agents, dedicated teams, and project-based support. Communication is available via Zoom, Skype, Slack, email, or any CRM/helpdesk system preferred by the client.
We provide daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports as required. Billing can be hourly, monthly, or per-project depending on the scope of work. We prefer long-term partnerships but also support short-term and pilot projects. We follow strict confidentiality and data protection policies and are happy to sign NDAs.
