I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard operating procedures. I was a technical support and billing agent and with this experience, it allowed me to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. Moreover, I was also a chat support agent assisting customers with basic inquiries and helping them out find items from our website of which I was declared as Top Agent and Top QA performer during my first three months. Additionally, I was also a data entry specialist for a year in one of the call center industry in our locality. Also had teaching experience since I am a licensed teacher and a registered nurse.
