I'm a licensed architect and BIM specialist with 9+ years of experience and a focused track record in US residential projects.
Over the past three years I've worked remotely with two South Florida firms — Online Building Plans (Hialeah, FL) and VD5 Group Corp. (Miami Lakes, FL) — delivering 92 residential projects at LOD 350–400 in Revit. My work covers single-family and multifamily homes in
concrete, steel, wood framing, and CMU, with full compliance with FBC 2023 and ASCE/SEI 7-16. On-site coordination through Navisworks reduced interdisciplinary conflicts by 30% across the OBP portfolio.
What I deliver:
— Revit models (LOD 300–400), construction documents.

I work fully remote with a dedicated workstation, licensed software (Revit, Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD), and reliable high-speed internet.

Work Terms
My conditions are simple, 1. I ask for an advance payment to start any work, depending on the complexity it is usually 50% or it can be 30%. 2. I work only from Monday to Friday. 3. I work under quotation approved by the client and contract with all the terms and conditions that guarantee the client my quality and compliance. 4. Communication will only be written in order to have traceability of all processes.
