* Additional features or changes outside the original scope may require extra cost and time.

Delivery

* Project delivery time depends on the complexity and agreed timeline.
* I aim to deliver clean, responsive, optimized, and production-ready code.

Communication

* Clear and respectful communication is expected from both sides.
* Delays caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals may affect the delivery schedule.

Ownership

* After full payment, the client receives ownership of the final project files and source code unless otherwise agreed.
* I may showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless the project is confidential.
