I am a football-playing, snowboarding, tea-drinking, lolly-addicted, exercise junkie of a Kiwi; with a passion and flair for type, grids, colour, hierachy, alignment, layouts, kerning...
As an innovative and successful graphic designer, my competency and attention to detail is evident in all that I have undertaken throughout my academic studies and career to date. I am adaptable and able to relate and interact with people of all ages and therefore can be relied upon to work independently, or contribute freely as a supportive team member. Because of my self-motivation, my determination has led to success in a wide variety of both academic and physical activities.
Having spent some time back in my relaxed, beach-side hometown of Gisborne, New Zealand – after spending two and a half years overseas – I have returned to Madrid with a focus of making a career for myself in Spain. In my recent years abroad, and in my time in New Zealand prior to that, I have gained a wealth of experience – occupationally, culturally and personally.
I continue an active interest in the arts and other cultural pursuits, as well as regular participation in individual sport and exercise for personal fitness.
I am committed to ensuring that I continue to apply these skills and competencies, attributes and experiences, to any positions that I hold with my future employers and their clients at all times.
