I’m an IT professional with 5 years of experience across help desk support, network administration, and systems engineering in managed service provider environments. I specialize in supporting and maintaining Windows-based infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, and small-to-medium business networks.

My background includes troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing user accounts and admission control, configuring and maintaining network devices, and supporting endpoint security and system performance. I focus on delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems while minimizing downtime for end users.

Work Terms

I am available day and night and am very flexible. I am hoping to be paid at least 22 dollars per hour, and 50 dollars per project.
