I’m a highly motivated individual with over 4 years experience in a Data Analysis and Customer Service environment. I pride myself in my ability to automate data processes and generate self serve data solutions to save time and cost to the business, as well as providing critical analysis followed by insights and recommendations for future business operations, data analysis and data privacy. With the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation I’m able to gather requirements efficiently and provide multiple options to reach my clients desired outcome. My technical skills include Python, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAP Lumira, oracle business intelligence and many more data visualisation tools. On top of my experience I am completing a data science qualification due to complete in December 2021. The highlights of my achievements are: - Creating a profitability model for high street retails within Smiths News (wholesaler of newspapers and magazines), which resulted in a 20% cost reduction for the high profile retailer Sainsbury’s
