My name is Jamally Odle and I am a practicing Architect with several years of experience in Architecture design working with client both in the Caribbean and the United States. My work flow is simple; after a clear understanding of the project goals, I work through several software to bring your project to life. My speciality is Residential design and Architectural visualization, therefore I communicate design intent through the use of photo Realistic Renders done using a combination of 3Ds max (VRAY / CORONA) and Revit with Final detailing such as HVAC, LIGHTING, (if required) done in Autocad; as it allows me an elevated control of the quality of the final drawings.
While I am new to guru and almost certain that there will be freelancers that outbid me, I can assure you of a few things;

Work Terms
I work 18 hours a day if needed to fulfill a project deadline.
I am currently in The US, so bear in mind that's EST (I won't always be able to respond immediately, if you're in the U.k, for example).
The Job is finished and billable, when you approve it.
You will receive 5 hours post invoice labour, this period is designated to any post bill adjustments you need to make to designs or renders.
If you are requesting design Services, I will provide 3D visualization free as part of my project communication, however if you need photo realistic render that would be separately billed.
I generally prefer to work on a fixed sum basis with billing done only once you are satisfied.
I can provide the best value, when my clients provide a well structured development document. - 'Winging it', can often result in unforeseen 'extra' work, making initial quotations void.
