Autodesk Revit Training
I have rendered and accompanied several seminars and trainings about the software Autodesk Revit. My training includes the introduction and user interface of the software as well as the creation of documentation and output. Architects and Engineers are very interested of this BIM software.
Building Inspection
Clients hired me to inspect their ongoing construction of a specific building and make sure that every drawing and output shown on the plan and documentation are properly implemented to assure the integrity and stability of the structure as well as the concept and aspect of architectural design together with electrical and plumbing design.
Structural consultancy
I have accomplished and given better consultation regarding to building structure problems and other stability issues.

Design of Dumaguete Boulevard Residences
Boulevard Residences i a medium-rise 13 story condominium and hotel that was structurally design by me using Autodesk Revit Structure. The building now is on-going construction.
