We pride ourselves in using the right tools for the right job. Quality construction documents that are complete and done correctly the first time will save you both time and money.
We will provide high quality construction documents at your direction, whether it is a simple residential addition or a complex commercial renovation. Our strengths are in commercial and residential documents related to mechanical/HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. We can also assist with structural and architectural documents. General drafting and 3d modelling services are available at an hourly basis. Engineering services are available upon request.
We operate with the notion that everyone must have skin in the game, to be fair to everyone. This means that for some larger jobs, we may require a percentage up front to begin work, with regular billings as work progresses. Smaller jobs may be paid upon completion.

Work Terms
We work when we are needed. If you have an emergency job that needs done over the weekend, we will do it (with some limitations). We prefer email, phone, text, or skype. Small jobs under $500 can be paid upon completion. Larger, longer, and more complex jobs may require a percentage up front before work can begin.
