My name is Janet, and I am an astute team player with good communication skills and vast experience in sales and customer service. I worked for 9 years as a customer service representative and bulk teller for one of the biggest banks in Nigeria. I worked as an online sales agent for different companies.

I have a BSc. degree in Accounting with the best knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am skilled in the use of CRM tools such as Zendesk, Monday.com Freshdesk, and Google Suites. Also have basic knowledge of Slack, Click-up, and Trello.

I can and will always accomplish a task, whether there is a tight deadline or not. I am someone who enjoys various kinds of work, but I am flexible and dedicated to my work. Work Terms

Full-time / Part-time work with 30 to 35 hours of availability from Monday to Friday. Per-hour payments. My preferred communication style is email and calls.
