Work Terms

Work Terms

I provide professional, reliable, and client-focused services with clear communication and transparent processes. My approach is designed to ensure smooth collaboration, measurable results, and complete client satisfaction.

Availability
I am available 40+ hours per week, including weekends if required, and flexible with global time zones. I respond quickly to messages and always keep clients updated with progress.

Communication
Preferred channels are Guru Workroom, Zoom, or Google Meet for meetings, along with email updates if necessary. I provide daily or weekly status reports depending on the project size.

Payment Terms
All payments are handled securely through Guru SafePay. I work on hourly, milestone, or fixed-price models depending on the project requirements. Payments are expected to be released upon agreed deliverables to maintain workflow efficiency.

Project Management & Delivery
I manage tasks using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms. For larger projects, I deliver regular progress updates, milestone check-ins, and structured reports. All deliverables are shared in an organized format (Sheets, Excel, CSV, PDF, or CRM imports).

Revisions & Support
Client satisfaction is my top priority. I offer unlimited minor revisions during the active project timeline and provide reasonable post-project support if agreed in advance.
