Work Terms

Jason Love – Work Terms (Guru Compliant)
1. Scope of Work
I provide services in Python programming, automation, IoT dashboard simulation, cloud & network engineering, and cybersecurity solutions.
All work is custom-built per project, and final deliverables depend on the agreed scope.
2. Pricing & Payment
I accept fixed-price projects or hourly contracts through the Guru platform.
Payment terms: 50% upfront deposit for fixed-price projects, 50% upon completion/delivery.
Hourly projects billed via Guru’s system.
3. Delivery & Revisions
Estimated delivery dates will be set in the project agreement.
I offer 2 rounds of revisions included in the price to ensure the work meets agreed specifications.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.
4. Communication
I respond to messages within 24 hours on business days through Guru’s messaging system.
5. Confidentiality & IP
I respect client confidentiality — all client data and information is kept private.
Ownership of code or deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Projects can be canceled by mutual agreement at any time.
If canceled after work has started, payment will be due for work completed to date.
Refunds are only provided if the work is not delivered as agreed.
7. Legal
I am not responsible for client hardware/software failures outside of the project scope.
All work is provided “as-is” for educational, business, or operational use unless otherwise specified.
