Recruitment & Staffing Specialist
• Associated with Aryan Solutions Pte. Ltd. as Sr. Vice President/APCA Head and having knowledge of the entire recruitment life cycle & 360-degree recruitment from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, negotiation, and post-offer follow-up. I am closely working with client managers (HCL, Wipro, LTI, Tech Mahindra, TCS, NTT Data, Capgemini, BirlaSoft, Accenture, RBC, CME Group, IBM, healthcare clients, medical clients, pharmaceutical clients, etc.) to serve the customer needs in different domains.
• I have good experience with operations, contracting, invoicing, and workflow. As Vice President, I am handling day-to-day office operations, office functions, and servicing requirements by directly coordinating with client managers.
• Responsible for managing the requirements of the key accounts and handling the team of recruiters. Recruited professionals in consulting services, IT, finance, networking, banking, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, and automobile industries. Involve yourself in high-level client discussions and provide insight into the market research data/findings in terms of various industry verticals/sectors’ growth potential, resource availability, niche skill combinations, average compensation in the current market, and the prevailing conditions.
• Accountable for overall revenue and profit targets of the company.
• Responsible for recruiting and delivering potential candidates as per the client’s requirements promptly. This position performs a wide variety of tasks and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Expertise working on VMS (FieldGlass, Vchannel, Synergy, RecruitEx, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Expertise working on ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, EVO, Quopro, etc.).
• Directly working with the project team and client partners from the implementation partners. Help them with the submission tracker, line up interviews with the technical panel, follow up with talent acquisition for interview feedback, and complete onboarding.
• Taking escalated calls from client business panels and getting into conference calls with the hiring manager for a better understanding of niche skills requirements and then developing a sourcing strategy.
