Mechanical design engineer - SolidWorks 3D models, drawings and ANSYS simulation

I am a mechanical engineer from Pakistan. BS Mechanical Engineering, 2026.

I work in SolidWorks 2025 and ANSYS Workbench 2025 R2. Part modelling, assemblies, sheet metal, weldments, and 2D manufacturing drawings with proper tolerances and GD&T. On the analysis side, static structural, thermal and CFD.

Before I open the software I run the numbers by hand. Stress, deflection, factor of safety, thickness. If the calculation and the simulation agree, the design is sound. If they do not, I find out why before sending it to you.

You get the editable files, the drawing, and a short note on where the weak point sits and why the part is shaped the way it is. If I see a problem in your idea, I will tell you before I start.

Send me a sketch, photo or PDF and I will tell you honestly if I can do it.

Work Terms

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 11 PM PKT (GMT+5). Reply within one working day.

Payment: Through SafePay. Small jobs in one milestone, larger projects split into stages.

Revisions: Two rounds included. Dimensions, fillets, hole positions, drawing views. A complete change of design direction is a new job and I will quote it first.

Files: SolidWorks native, STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, PDF. Simulation work comes with a report. Tell me what your manufacturer needs.

Deadlines: I give a realistic date. If something will run late, you hear it before the deadline.

Your files stay private. Nothing goes in my portfolio without your written permission.
