I have an extensive experience in customer relations. Some of the skills I've acquired and mastered, and experiences I've regularly encountered are the following:
- Data gathering (the web, books, human resources, etc), analysis (excel), interpretation (excel), presentation (excel, powerpoint, video, etc).
- Excellent customer/client communication techniques. Daily collab and conferences directly with US clients/customers.
- Customer relations through inbound/outbound calls both on a VA and managerial level (escalations, commendations, etc).

There's more to say about what I can do as a VA or Data Entry specialist. I think that direct messaging or call through Skype will give you a better grasp of who I am as a person and determine what I can do for you and your company. You will not be disappointed.

Work Terms

Hours of operation: I am flexible and can adapt to my clients needs. Tell me what time you need me to work and I will adjust my bio clock to that.
Payment terms: $6/hr - Probationary period, $8/hr - Regular
Preferred communication style: English language, using Skype and other means to keep communications open and always available
Tenure of work: I plan to stay with a company long term, so the goal is more than 10 years. I stayed 5 years with the previous one.
