As a customer service a representative couple of months ago I have been into 3 different accounts namely: a warranty company wherein we create a service request for issues of customers about their appliances second a food delivery wherein we receive random calls from the customer taking their orders and also process their payments and lastly a logistics company duties are we track the status of their deliveries and provide status. If given a chance to be hired I will focus more on my clients' needs
