Work Terms

I provide professional freelancing services with a focus on quality, reliability, and clear communication. My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time), with flexibility for urgent work outside these hours by prior arrangement. Payments are accepted via secure methods (PayPal, bank transfer, or freelancing platforms). For fixed-price projects, a 30–50% deposit is required to start, with the remainder due upon completion. Hourly projects are billed weekly, with invoices payable within 7–14 days. Late payments may incur a small fee.

I prioritize clear, timely communication via email, messaging platforms, and video calls, with responses typically within 24 hours. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined before work begins, and I provide regular updates and drafts for review. Up to two revisions are included per project; additional revisions are billed separately. All client information is treated as confidential, and intellectual property rights are transferred upon full payment.

Project cancellations require written notice; payment for work completed is due. I maintain professional conduct, accountability, and use industry-standard tools to ensure high-quality results.
