Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I work Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST. I’m a one-woman business, so I value focused creative time and will respond to messages within 24–48 business hours.

Communication Style:
Clear, collaborative, and respectful communication is key to a smooth project. I primarily communicate via email and messages through the Guru platform. For project-based clients, I also offer a shared Notion portal to keep everything organized and transparent. Video calls or Zoom check-ins can be scheduled as needed, especially during key project milestones.

Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, I require:
• 50% deposit to begin
• 50% due upon project completion before final deliverables are sent

Accepted Payment Methods:
I accept payments through the following platforms:
• Guru (Escrow & SafePay) – preferred for all Guru projects
• Venmo
• Wise (formerly TransferWise)
• Wave
• PayPal Business
• Zelle (U.S. clients only)
• Bank Transfer / ACH (upon request, U.S. clients)

All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A payment schedule will be outlined in your proposal or invoice before the project begins.

For hourly work or smaller à la carte services, invoices are sent weekly or upon milestone completion.

All payments are handled securely through Guru to protect both parties.

Deliverables & Revisions:
Each project includes clearly defined deliverables and 2–3 rounds of revisions (depending on scope), with timelines and expectations outlined upfront. Additional revisions or services outside of scope will be quoted separately.
