I worked as an Accounting Assistant and experienced accounts and banks reconciliation, inventory, data entry, adjustment of accounts for journal and for completion of the financial statement. I also experienced Admin task like record keeping and organizing to support the claims process of discount from head office.
After more than 2 years in this field. I’ve decided to try a different work as a Customer Service Associates for U.S account so English communication will not be an issue for me. I enjoyed working in this field and become Top agent and was promoted as the first CSR Level III from our account. After more than 4 years I’ve decided to try Sales and experienced appointment setting, develop marketing platform to increase leads for a Home loan company in Australia, and surprisingly I also enjoyed and was able to earn better. I was awarded as the top one most numbers of lead conversion for three consecutive months. At the same time, I’m working as a part-time freelancer and experienced Social Media Admin, Shopify product listing and transcribing. However, I’ve decided to resign and focus to work from home.
• Customer service - worked for four years and 8 months as a customer service representative for BPO company(Western Union Account and AT&T)
• Accounting Asst – Worked for 2 years for two private company
• General administration - Certificate in Business Administration has provided training in the use of skills including filing, data processing, records management and writing communication and also experience this job from previous company.
