My standard rate is $150 per hour with an 8-hour minimum engagement. Minimum project budget starts at $1,200 so there is enough time to review the site properly, inspect technical issues, document findings, and provide prioritized recommendations.

All billing is handled through Guru. For fixed-scope projects, I prefer milestone-based billing tied to clear deliverables. For hourly work, time is logged based on the agreed project scope.

I prefer written communication through Guru for project clarity, scope control, and documentation. Calls can be scheduled when needed for kickoff, review, or handoff. I work best with clear goals, defined scope, and enough project context to evaluate the site accurately before making recommendations.
