I am Jurist with 15 years experience in EU law.
In 2002, I started my career in Brussels. I was a legal advisor to European institutions and international organisations, such as WTO and WCO. My job was to analyze EU legislation and anticipate any changes, risks or opportunities on behalf of my clients. I was in charge of monitoring EU regulations and directives, providing legal advice, defending interests to the European institutions, amending trade agreements or drafting statements and position papers.
In 2007, I was involved in managing projects such as export control or waste of electrical and electronic equipment for large French companies. I monitored and implemented regulatory standards in the aerospace (DO254) and railways industries (fire-smoke-toxicity) and dealt with tax credits.
Since 2019, I have set up my practice and started providing legal advice and support internationally. My fields of expertise are EU law as I focused on trade, customs, corporate, social, agro-food and agricultural policies. Over the years, I have gotten familiar with IP and business laws in the United States too.
