Work Terms

Thank you for considering me for your project! Here are my standard work terms:

Communication
I prioritize clear, responsive communication. We'll use Guru messages, or if needed, Slack or another tool you prefer. I typically respond within a few hours during US business days and provide regular progress updates.
Project Approach
We start with a discovery call or small scoping phase if needed (billed through Guru).
I provide detailed proposals with milestones, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates.
Work is milestone-based with clear acceptance criteria for each phase.

Payment Terms
Fixed-price projects: 30-50% upfront (depending on size), balance on milestones or completion.
Hourly projects: Invoiced weekly or bi-weekly via Guru.

Revisions
Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included per milestone. Additional changes outside the original scope are billed at my hourly rate through Guru.
Timeline & Availability
As a full-time freelancer, I dedicate focused time to your project. Delays caused by delayed feedback or assets from your side may adjust timelines accordingly.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own full rights to all code, designs, and deliverables. I may showcase the project in my portfolio (non-confidential aspects only) unless otherwise agreed.
Support After Completion
I include a 30-day post-launch bug-fix period at no extra cost for issues stemming from my work. Ongoing maintenance or new features available at standard rates.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, work completed up to that point is invoiced proportionally through Guru.
