Before declaring myself a writer, I took a long detour through a 17 year career in Human Resources. The years I spent in Corporate America are invaluable to me, because of that time, I am a professional, disciplined, self-motivated, well organized and flexible writer.
After two bouts of cancer and a little soul-searching, I left the corporate world in search of a life with no regrets. I've written the e-Book, "Dear Grace, I hope you don't get your period in gym class" and started my blog, www.mrsjonescoulduseabeer.com. I also started writing for businesses and organizations and found that my business experience, coupled with my writing skills, are an optimal fit.
Originally from the Midwest, I now live just outside of Nashville, TN with my husband and daughter.
Work Terms
My work hours are flexible, but I'm typically in my office Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:30 CST.
I always ask my clients to pay within 30 days of receiving my invoice.
I prefer communication via email.
