I am a customer support and digital services professional with experience in live chat support, client communication, and online service platforms.
In my current role as a Customer Service Executive, I manage customer queries through chat and digital channels, assist with account and technical issues, and ensure clear and professional communication while handling multiple interactions. I focus on delivering efficient solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
