Work Terms

Availability
Available Monday–Saturday with prompt communication and regular project updates.

Project Management
Every project begins with a discussion to understand your goals, requirements, and timeline. Clear milestones are established before work begins.

Payments
Projects are completed using milestone-based payments. Each milestone must be funded before work starts. Final files are delivered upon completion of the final milestone.

Revisions
Each milestone includes up to 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may require a separate agreement.

Communication
Available via Guru messages, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, or email as needed.

Delivery
Projects are delivered on or before the agreed timeline. Timelines may be adjusted only if project requirements change or additional features are requested.

Source Files
Clients receive all agreed deliverables, including editable source files (Figma, Adobe files, documentation, or development assets) upon final payment.

Confidentiality
All project information and business data are treated as confidential. NDAs are welcome if required.

Support
Post-project support is available for bug fixes, minor updates, and consultation. Ongoing maintenance and marketing services can also be arranged separately.
