About

Excellence is my objective, and I shall see it through.

I am a civil engineer, project management expert, quality management specialist, QA/QC engineer, architectural designer, graphics designer, systems engineer, software engineer, and I have more than 11 years of experience in all fields mentioned practicing, and teaching as a trainer, coach, and university professor.

I am also a leadership/businss/cost engineering/entrepreneurship/innovation expert, trainer, and practitioner with over 8 years of experience working on launching and supporting small, and medium size business in different parts of the world. I am the proud owner of 3 businesses on 3 continents, and a partner in more than 15 established businesses worldwide.

Work Terms

- I deliver my services on a project basis, and this is done according to the following:
1. Short proposal will be provided (presentation that includes scope, methodology, and anticipated results).
2. Once accepted, project will be commenced, and a detailed schedule with deliverables will be developed.
3. Payment will be broken down into installments according to the deliverables.
4. If deliverables do not apply, payment will be 60% upfront, and 40% upon delivery.
