I am a freelance full-stack technical engineer with dual core expertise: SaaS DevOps/Platform Engineering and Embedded Industrial IoT Edge AI system development, serving early-stage AI SaaS, EdTech and outdoor industrial surveillance startups worldwide.

For DevOps & Platform work:
I specialize in Next.js + Supabase + Vercel production infrastructure operation, observability setup, cloud cost governance, secret security management, backup automation and incident response. I only own operational layers without modifying client business source code, strictly follow least-privilege security rules and deliver fully documented runbooks for repeatable, low-risk production maintenance. I have helped multiple AI EdTech startups move from alpha testing to public launch with stable, cost-controlled cloud environments.

For Embedded & IoT hardware-edge-cloud projects:
I design end-to-end solar-powered off-grid AI CCTV tower systems, covering industrial hardware architecture, LiFePO4 solar power supply design, ARM Embedded Linux edge AI (YOLO/OpenCV human/vehicle detection), 4G LTE communication, radar-camera sensor fusion, local video storage, self-healing firmware, remote OTA upgrade and cloud management portal integration. Work Terms

Working Hours & Response
Max 30hrs weekly, UTC+8 flexible hours. Core response window: 09:00-18:00 UTC+8 workdays; critical incidents acknowledged within 1hr per SLA. No after-hours on-call without separate written agreement.

Communication
All requirements, reports & incident records via written chat/email. Short voice/video calls only for complex architecture discussions with advance notice. Meeting takeaways will be documented in text afterward.

Payment & Billing
Hourly work tracked by Guru time tracker, weekly activity summary provided before invoicing. Fixed-price milestone tasks require 50% upfront deposit, balance released upon full deliverable approval. All payments through Guru escrow service.

Access & Data Security
Least-privilege access by default: only staging/read-only access at project start. Full production access unlocked solely after signed DPA and completed initial milestone. Secrets & production data never stored locally; all operations leave audit logs.

Scope & Deliverables
1. DevOps work: I manage infrastructure, observability, deployments, cost monitoring & incident response only. All feature/bug code changes are handled by client’s internal team; I will not edit source code.
2. Embedded IoT work: Deliver full architecture docs, hardware BOM, power design & development roadmap, plus ongoing prototype technical guidance. PCB manufacturing & physical production are out of scope unless pre-agreed.
All deliverables include editable docs/runbooks, with 7 days minor revision support for milestone scope items.
