I help organizations with their human resources needs.

James B. Weischedel (Jim) founded and operates HR Enhancement Solutions to help small and mid-sized organizations significantly improve their human resources processes and outcomes.

He is skilled at determining each organization's unique human resources needs and proposing cost-effective solutions. Jim helps organizations gain competitive advantage through attracting and retaining staff talent, and by obtaining and maintaining compliance with the myriad of regulatory requirements.

Jim has over 20 years of executive-level human resources experience within several industries (including manufacturing, distribution, banking, education, social service, and non-profits) in various company sizes (small, mid-sized, and large national publicly traded companies). In addition, he served as a Board President of a School Board of a 450+ student school. Jim also has executive operational leadership experience, managing front office and compliance functions for a multi-location state-wide social service agency.

Jim holds a Masters of Business Administration (with concentration in Human Resources Management) from Penn State University and a Bachelors of Secondary Education from Millersville University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Jim is a member of SHRM and Lancaster SHRM.

Jim's passion is to help organizations improve and individuals grow and develop. He works with smaller organizations who may not have a human resources department to build their human resources infrastructure and meet their human capital goals through his on-site service. Jim's executive/supervisor coaching and training services helps managers and supervisors to be more effective in leading people.
