I would like Lucidify Training Concept as my personal brand, for I am envisioned having my own training consultancy in the near future. Currently, I am working as a freelancer and offering training services for you.

I have worked in the Business Process Industry for 18 years and 12 years of that were dedicated to training and development. I have been exposed to Customer Service and Sales campaigns in industries such as Publishing, Telecommunications, Cable and Satelite, Retail, Banking, and Cryptocurrency Exchange.

I am strong in Facilitation, Process Management, Performance Management, Module Development, and Curriculum Development while developing my Project Management skills.

I have been recognized several times with my work because of my hands-on approach in tracking the performance of my participants, for I feel that they are my responsibility and reflection of how I am as a trainer.

I ventured into freelancing for I aim to have a better work-life balance and redirect some of my energy in music and culinary. I also want to spend some more time with my family and develop my competencies by enrolling in different courses relevant to my field of expertise.

Work Terms

I am amenable working on different timezones and would like to work 20-40 hours a week
with a rate ranging from $7-10 per hour depending on the complexity of your project
