Work Terms

Availability: Available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT+1)

Communication: All communication will be through Guru’s WorkRoom or agreed platforms (Email/Zoom).

Turnaround Time: Initial concepts within 2–3 business days. Full delivery depends on project scope.

Revisions: Up to 2–3 free revisions included per project. Additional revisions billed separately.

Payment Terms:

For hourly projects: Tracked and billed weekly via Guru’s SafePay.

For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront deposit, 50% upon completion & approval.

Confidentiality: All client information and campaign data remain strictly confidential.

Ownership: All approved and paid work becomes the client’s property.

Cancellations: Work already completed before cancellation will be billed accordingly.
