Work Terms
Availability: The service provider will dedicate 5 hours per day from Monday to Saturday for the project. Sunday will be a holiday.
Payment Terms: Before starting the project, the client shall pay an advance amount of at least 35 percent of the total project value. This payment shall be made in advance and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be paid after the completion of the project and delivery of the final work.
Quotation: The service provider shall provide a quotation for the project, which will include all costs, such as labor, material, and other expenses. The quotation will be provided before receiving the advance payment.
Work Schedule: The service provider will provide a detailed work schedule and milestones for the project, which will be shared with the client before the start of the project.
Scope of Work: The scope of work shall be agreed upon by both parties before the start of the project. Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the project has commenced will be subject to additional charges and will require written agreement from both parties.
Communication: The service provider will keep the client informed of the project progress and any updates. The service provider will be available during business hours to answer any queries from the client.
Intellectual Property: The client shall have ownership of any intellectual property created during the project. The service provider shall retain the right to use any intellectual property created during the project for their own promotional purposes.
Confidentiality: The service provider shall maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the client.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services provided by the service provider up to the date of termination.
